No Commercial Use:

No Use for AI/LLM Training:

Data accessed through our API cannot be used to train artificial intelligence (AI) or large language models (LLMs). This includes any form of machine learning, algorithm training, or model development.

No Use for Political Insight:

Data accessed through our API cannot be used for any activity aimed at deriving political insights.

3. Rate Limiting​

To ensure fair usage and system stability, the following rate limits apply:

Standard Rate Limit: 1 request per second.

Burst Rate Limit: Up to 600 requests per 10 minutes.

Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your API access.

4. Data Retention and Deletion​

User Data Deletion:

If a user deletes their data on our Platform, you must also delete any retained data corresponding to that user immediately. This is to ensure compliance with user privacy rights and data protection regulations.

5. Identification and Compliance​

Scraper Identification:

If you are operating a scraper, you must clearly identify yourself as such. Any attempt to evade detection or block measures will be considered a breach of these terms.

Legal and Terms of Service Compliance:

You must not use the API to engage in activities that violate our terms of service or any applicable laws. Any such activities will lead to the termination of your API access and may result in legal action.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in:

Immediate suspension or termination of your API access.

Legal action to recover damages or enforce these terms.

7. Changes to Terms​

The Platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the API after changes have been made will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
